Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service support to clients via various channels, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of their queries and concerns.
  • Follow up on client cases, ensuring that customers receive the support they deserve and that issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized support.
  • Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring that all relevant information is documented and easily accessible.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and management to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment and maintain focus during extended periods.
  • Proficient in typing at a rate of 40 WPM with 80% accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a remote work environment.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Technical Requirements:

  • Computer running an authentic/validated/native copy of Windows 10, 11, or the most current macOS (Macs cannot be more than 5 years old).
  • USB headset and webcam.
  • At least one 15" or larger monitor.
  • Internet speed of at least 2 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload, with a direct Ethernet connection preferred.
