**Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through active listening, empathy, and effective problem-solving. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Actively listening to customers to understand their concerns and needs
* Upselling products and features while emphasizing benefits and value
* Demonstrating excellent soft skills to provide a best-in-class customer service experience
* Providing information about current plans and products, and identifying new solutions that align with customers' needs
* Navigating multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy to resolve customer issues efficiently
**Requirements:**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
* High-speed internet with a minimum download speed of 10 MBPS (no satellite)
* A USB wired headset with noise-canceling microphone
* 18+ years of age and a high school diploma or equivalent
* Quiet, secured workspace with minimal distractions

* At least 1 year of customer service experience
