Your primary focus will be on delivering a seamless and personalized experience to our customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded. Some of your key responsibilities will include: * Processing customer policy change requests in a timely and efficient manner * Securing all trailing documents from customers and ensuring accurate and up-to-date records * Completing Evidence of Insurance requests and verifying customer information * Documenting each customer contact in eAgent and maintaining accurate records * Taking premium payments from customers and ensuring timely payment processing * Verifying phone numbers, addresses, and email addresses with each customer contact and updating customer information * Returning all phone messages promptly and ensuring timely follow-up * Maintaining knowledge of new products and staying up-to-date on industry developments * Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful, and be coachable. You will also need to have an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude, as well as be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency. Proficiency in multi-tasking, follow-through, and follow-up is essential, as is excellent communication and interpersonal skills. **Preferred Qualifications** While prior experience in the insurance industry or office environment is not required, it would be a significant advantage in terms of relating to customers and understanding industry-specific terminology.
