Job Summary

blithequark is seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. This is a unique opportunity to work from home while supporting our mission to provide an elevated travel experience to all customers. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and support.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information regarding flights, reservations, cancellations, and policies
  • Assist customers with booking, rebooking, and ticketing processes
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and patience
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are addressed and resolved satisfactorily
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of blithequark products, services, and policies
  • Record and document customer interactions accurately in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum of 1-year customer service experience
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with basic computer applications and internet navigation
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently

Preferred Qualifications
