**Your Life as a Part-Time Weekend / Night Shift Customer Service Representative**
This part-time position typically works from 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM on weekdays and from 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM on weekends. There is flexibility with multiple shifts available. As a vital component to our office staff, you'll be prompt and professional as you handle the after-hours needs of our customers. In this role, you'll:
* Answer phone calls and respond to customer needs through email
* Schedule appointments with customers
* Maintain an organized system, including documenting and recording the correct services and keeping track of account changes
* Assist with other miscellaneous office duties as needed
