Remote Medical CSR
A company is looking for a Remote Medical Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle high volume inbound calls and make outbound calls as needed
• Provide accurate information to patients and healthcare providers regarding applications
• Follow call scripts and company policies while ensuring a positive customer experience
Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 1 year recent customer service experience in a call center environment
• Healthcare experience is a plus but not mandatory
• Ability to multitask and use dual monitors effectively
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• Must reside in qualifying states: UT, AZ, TX, GA, LA, TN, FL
