THE OPPORTUNITY: Sephora Internships provide an inclusive and comprehensive experience that equips young professionals with the tools needed to align their passions with work. The 10-week internship program develops early career professionals by providing interns with hands-on learning, personal and professional networking opportunities, and the ability to work on projects that directly impact the business. The Sephora internship program is also a prerequisite for consideration for LEAP, the cross-functional rotational program that provides on-the-job training in each of three Business Units-Supply Chain, Marketing, and Merchandising, over the course of nine months. LEAP prepares successfully performing trainees for a full-time, entry-level role in one of the three Business Units. Interns are invited to apply to LEAP at the beginning of the summer internship. PROGRAM DETAILS: An inclusive and engaging experience that develops technical and professional skills through weekly virtual workshops, networking opportunities, and career panels that provide exposure to Sephora’s career growth opportunities. 2026 PROGRAM DATES: • Work Hours: 36 hrs/week. Monday to Friday, PST • Remote Internship • On-Site Week: June 15 - 19 hosted by HR in SF FSC • Summer Shutdown Week: June 29 - July 3 (mandatory for interns) POSITION TITLE: Intern, Human Resources Business Partner YOUR ROLE AT SEPHORA... As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) Intern, you will be an integral part of a team dedicated to cultivating exceptional employee experiences. As an HRBP Intern, you'll partner with our HR team, managers and employees to provide support across a range of HR functions aligned with Sephora’s business and talent objectives. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and contribute to a culture where every employee feels valued and empowered. WHAT YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH: • Dive into cross-functional projects that shape the employee experience at Sephora. As a key player in streamlining onboarding and offboarding, you'll collaborate across teams, translate feedback into actionable insights, and present data-driven recommendations that directly influence HR strategy and create a seamless journey for our employees. • Play a vital role in nurturing Sephora's talent pipeline by supporting key cyclical programs, including succession planning and engagement survey action planning. • Collaborate closely with the HR Business Partner Team in daily HR operations, contributing to a smooth and efficient employee experience. • Help drive continuous improvement of people processes, ensuring they are aligned with best practices and Sephora's values. • Act as a resource for employees, providing guidance on policies and procedures, and supporting change management initiatives to foster a fair and equitable work environment. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field • A genuine passion for people and a desire to contribute to a positive employee experience • Demonstrated interest in a career in Human Resources • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment • Strong organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail • Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS: • Graduating in 2026 or 2027 (undergraduate or graduate degree) • Remote program – work schedule must align with Pacific Standard Time • Must permanently reside and work in the U.S. • Must be open to relocating to the San Francisco Bay Area upon graduation for consideration for full-time hybrid positions * • Available from June 1 - August 14, 2026 • Available for the 1-week On-Site office experience in San Francisco The target hourly pay for this position is $25.00 - $25.00 per hour. The actual hourly pay offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the individual applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job.
