Recruiter Remote Contract Position
Manpower in partnership with Ball Corporation is looking for an Experienced Talent Acquisition Recruiter for remote 3-4 month contract posiition.
Schedule - Business hours
Pay: $30-$35/hour based on experience
Contract - 3 - 4 months

Essential Responsible Areas:
• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify and attract a large pool of candidates.
• Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for multiple positions.
• Job Posting: Create and post job descriptions on relevant platforms to attract qualified candidates.
• Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to ensure a steady flow of candidates for high-volume hiring needs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide suitable candidates.
• Manages the candidate experience to ensure candidates are engaged and informed throughout the hiring process.
• Offer Management: Extend job offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates.
• Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the company.
• Reporting: Track and report on recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies and identify areas for improvement.
• Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local labor laws and company policies.
• Provides proactive communication, and rapid response to key stakeholders to demonstrate credibility, build influence and ensure the delivery of high-quality talent in a timely way.
• Leverages tools and technologies that drive efficiency in the hiring process.
• Identifies and acts upon opportunities for driving continuous improvement throughout the hiring process.
• Follows established talent acquisition processes and use of technologies (ATS, etc.) to ensure data accuracy and process compliance.
What we are looking for:
• 3 + years of full life cycle recruiting in a corporate environment.(High Volume Recruitment)
• Prior talent acquisition experience in a relationship-based customer service-oriented environment.
• Prior experience in managing multiple hiring manager relationships.
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems, various recruiting software systems and Microsoft Office suite of apps.
