About the Role
As a Pharmacy Customer Services Associate, you'll be the frontline representative of AssistRx, providing critical support to our customers and stakeholders. You'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering personalized service that exceeds expectations. Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
 - Collaborate with other call center representatives to improve customer service standards and share best practices.
 - Guide callers through the requirements to process a pharmacy benefit investigation, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
 - Field customer calls, providing complete and accurate answers to all queries and concerns, and de-escalating support for dissatisfied customers.
 - Perform other related duties as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
 
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience working in a direct-to-consumer or customer environment, with a proven track record of delivering excellent service.
 - A High School diploma or equivalency, with a strong foundation in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
 - The ability to learn quickly, multi-task, and prioritize tasks effectively, with a positive demeanor and clear understanding of professional boundaries with clients.
 - An aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation, with a client-driven service disposition and excellent time management skills.
 - Schedule flexibility, including holiday and weekend rotation, with a commitment to maintaining regular attendance and punctuality.
