About the Role
As a Customer Support Associate at blithequark, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing expert assistance and resolving inquiries across multiple channels. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our users have a positive experience with our platform, fostering loyalty and trust in our brand. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and support requests via multiple channels (phone, email, in-app and web messaging, social media) to ensure timely resolution of issues and meet user needs.
 - Manage day-to-day operational tasks, including ID verifications, ACH requests, chargebacks, and other related functions to ensure smooth customer experiences.
 - Communicate effectively with end-users, providing clear and concise information, and ensuring positive interactions through various channels.
 - Collaborate with internal teams and external third parties to resolve complex customer issues, demonstrating a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
 - Continually build and maintain expert-level knowledge of blithequark's products and services, staying updated on the latest developments and features.
 
Essential Qualifications
- Prior experience in B2C high-volume customer support, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer experiences.
 - Proficiency in using customer support platforms such as Helpshift or Zendesk, with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
 - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style to different customer interactions.
 - Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, enabling effective communication with a diverse customer base.
 - Experience in handling customer inquiries via social media, app store reviews, and other digital channels.
 - Familiarity with payment processing systems and dispute resolution processes (ACH, credit cards, chargebacks), with the ability to navigate these systems efficiently.
 - Willingness and ability to work flexible and/or extended hours, including evenings and overnights, to ensure comprehensive customer support.

Compensation and Benefits
The starting rate for this position is $28 per hour.
