Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers and operational teams to migrate development codes to various environments within the CC&B application
• Analyze codes, design, develop, modify, debug, and evaluate business applications/programs within the IT Meter to Cash Customer Billing framework
• Ensure seamless integration of codes with existing systems and applications
• Develop and implement code changes to enhance the end-user experience
• Participate in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve the CC&B system

Essential Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of experience with SQL, Excel, Word, Microsoft Access, XML, and HTML
• Strong business/technical analytical and organizational skills
• Basic level of interpersonal skills, written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as cooperatively in a dynamic team environment
• Strong Relational Database experience for configuration and migration
• Working knowledge of CC&B (Customer Care and Billing) application
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or equivalent work experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with JavaScript and other programming languages
• Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and platforms
• Experience working with Agile development methodologies
• Knowledge of IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL)
• Previous experience working with utilities or energy companies
