Job Summary
As a Customer Support Manager at blithequark, you'll be responsible for leading a team of Customer Support Representatives and providing top-notch support to our clients' customers. Your primary goal will be to meet and exceed sales goals while cultivating long-term relationships with customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Product Knowledge and Customer Support: Develop a deep understanding of our clients' products and services to effectively explain their benefits and features to customers, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Customer Interaction Management: Keep accurate records of customer interactions, processed orders, and service schedules to ensure seamless communication and follow-up.

Requirements and Qualifications
