Job Summary

As a Virtual Customer Support Representative with blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to our clients via phone, video calls, and live chats. You'll work from home, choosing your own hours and schedule, as long as you meet the minimum requirement of 40 hours per week. Our virtual support agents enjoy flexible hours, 100% autonomy, and the opportunity to earn $30,000-60,000+ per year, based on performance, hours worked, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, video calls, and live chats to assist individuals with customer-related support questions and issues.
  • Utilize your home computer and remotely connect to our system to answer inbound calls and chats.
  • Work in a professional and courteous manner, providing solutions and resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Participate in training and certification programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with other virtual support agents to share best practices and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed performance targets, including customer satisfaction and productivity metrics.

Essential Qualifications:

Experience Requirements:

  • 6+ months of customer service and/or administrative experience (call center or phone support experience preferred).
  • High level of professionalism and excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent typing, computer skills, and ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
  • Must be available to work overtime and/or weekends if necessary.
  • Must be willing to submit to a standard background check, drug test, technology check, and voice assessments.

Technical Requirements:

  • CPU: i5 (or equivalent), i7 recommended (no Atom, Celeron, Pentium, Opteron processors).
  • Internet: Download Speed 5Mbs down speed minimum, Upload Speed 3Mbs up speed minimum.
  • Network Latency: Max 250 MS latency max.
  • OS: Win 8.1 (64bit), Win 10 (64bit).
  • RAM: 4GB minimum, 8GB recommended.
  • Must have a home office setup and ethernet cord to connect to your computer.
  • Chromebooks, iPads, or similar devices are not acceptable (must be a desktop or laptop connected to a nearby router or wall for firewall/security purposes).
