About the Role: Customer Service Consultant

As a Customer Service Consultant at blithequark, you will play a vital role in bridging the gap between customers' online and in-store experiences. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing support and guidance throughout their car buying journey. Your goal will be to ensure a seamless and personalized experience, helping customers find their dream car while building trust and loyalty with the blithequark brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Connect with inbound customers online and over the phone to understand their needs and preferences for their next car purchase
  • Utilize your knowledge of the blithequark inventory to guide customers towards vehicles that meet their requirements
  • Provide support and guidance to customers at every step of their car buying journey, from online sales and appraisal to arranging finance applications and scheduling vehicle delivery
  • Ensure a smooth transition from online to in-store purchasing, delivering an unrivaled customer service experience
  • Mentor others as your skillset expands, contributing to the growth and development of the team
  • Achieve sales targets while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and experience
  • Acquire the Automotive Sales Persons License in specific states, which may require testing and travel

  • An hourly rate of $18.00 - $26.70, depending on experience

Requirements and Qualifications:

To succeed as a Customer Service Consultant at blithequark, you will need:

  • Sales and customer service experience in a retail environment (preferred)
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Excellent listening skills and a strong customer focus
  • High level of self-motivation to achieve performance goals
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to learn and master new technologies, with strong computer skills
  • Open availability for shifts that may include nights, weekends, and holidays
  • The flexibility to work on-site one day per week at our Customer Experience Center (CEC) location
