Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service through inbound phone calls, chats, and emails, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Schedule and Flexibility:

Blithequark offers flexible work schedule options, allowing you to create a work schedule that works best for you. The majority of work hours are during weekdays and daytime, but we also offer opportunities for evening and weekend work. As a remote customer service representative, you will have the flexibility to work from home or a remote location, as long as you meet our technology and equipment requirements.

Earnings and Revenue:

As a Blithequark customer service representative, your contract earnings will vary by client, with competitive rates typically ranging from $14 to $20 per hour. Your pay will be determined by your phone call status when assisting customers, and you will have opportunities for additional incentives based on client and performance metrics.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Proven track record in customer service, with experience delivering outstanding customer care and resolving customer issues.
  • Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions.

Technology and Equipment Requirements:

  • Quiet and secure work environment during working hours.
  • Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not permitted).
  • Wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication.
  • High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed for seamless connectivity.
  • Operating system of Windows 10 or Windows 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS).
  • Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed.
  • Smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad is required for program work, along with an authentication app.

Work Environment Requirements:

  • Quiet, uninterrupted space.
  • Organized desk area.

Contractual Relationship:

As a Blithequark customer service representative, you will be an independent contractor, responsible for your own work schedule and performance. Blithequark will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings, and you will be responsible for your own benefits, including vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, and health insurance.

Locations:

Blithequark is currently unable to work with contractors residing in Alaska, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Michigan, Maine, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington, or Washington DC. Contractors must also successfully pass a criminal background check. We are able to work with contractors residing in Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming, and Puerto Rico.
