Job Summary
As a Work from Home Inbound Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you will be responsible for maintaining positive customer relations by addressing product-related concerns, taking orders, verifying information, tracking packages, and answering customer questions. This is a temporary/part-time role with flexible scheduling options, including first shift, second shift, and weekend shifts. We offer a competitive hourly rate of $14.00, plus upsell commission, and additional shift premiums.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service through inbound calls, addressing product-related concerns and resolving customer issues.
 - Take orders, verify information, track packages, and answer customer questions in a professional and courteous manner.
 - Utilize computer systems to navigate through multiple platforms, enter information, and communicate effectively with customers.
 - Maintain accurate records and ensure data quality.
 - Collaborate with team members to achieve performance goals and objectives.
 
Requirements:
Essential Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older.
 - Reside in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, or Wisconsin.
 - Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
 - Reliable computer equipment and dedicated high-speed internet connection.
 
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience.
 - Familiarity with computer systems and software applications.
 - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
 - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Training Requirements:
- 1st Shift Training – 2 weeks (M-F), 8:30am-3:30pm.
 - 2nd Shift Training – 2 weeks (M-F), 5:00pm-11:00pm.
 - Weekend Training – 3 weekends (Sa-Su), 8:00am-4:00pm.
