Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers, consumers, and delivery drivers throughout the package delivery lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with regional facilities to create an outstanding customer experience.
  • Troubleshoot, research, and resolve customer issues, escalating problems as necessary.

Requirements and Qualifications:

To succeed as a Customer Care Associate at blithequark, you'll need:

Essential Qualifications:

  • The ability to multitask on a computer using multiple applications while on a phone call.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and data entry/typing at 30 wpm (including 10 key).
  • Reliable internet connection and a Windows PC with 8GB RAM.
  • Successfully pass a pre-employment background and equipment check.
