Position Overview

As a Full-Time Remote Chat Support Agent at Blithequark, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer support to our clients through live chat software. You'll interact with visitors on our clients' websites, respond to customer inquiries, and provide prompt and friendly customer service. Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries: Provide accurate and timely information to customers through live chat software.

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues: Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Communicate with customers: Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Keep accurate records: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Stay up-to-date with product and service information: Stay current with product and service information to provide accurate and timely information to customers.

Contract Length

This is a full-time remote position with no fixed term, giving you the flexibility to work on your own terms. We're looking for individuals who are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and are passionate about working in a remote environment.

Pay Rate

The pay rate for this position is between $25-$35 per hour, depending on your experience and skills. We value our employees and strive to offer competitive pay rates to ensure their satisfaction.

To qualify for this position, you must have:
