Blithequark, affectionately known for its roots in community support, has a rich history dating back to 1940. Founded by the United Methodist Women in the Brooklyn neighborhood of Charlotte, our organization was established to provide much-needed childcare and support to mothers during WWII. Job Summary

As an Online Chat Representative at Blithequark, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. You will be the face of our organization, providing a positive and helpful attitude in all interactions. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch customer service to clients through online chat, ensuring a positive and helpful attitude in all interactions.
  • Attend all departmental meetings, company meetings, and in-services to stay updated on products and services.
