Job Summary
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the voice of our company, handling a wide range of calls, including order and delivery of equipment, scheduling, pick-up, maintenance, or changes in service. You will provide expert assistance, promote health and wellness, and document interactions with patients, caregivers, business clients, drivers, and operations. This is a full-time position that requires reliable internet connectivity and a flexible schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, responding to patient and caregiver inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and empathetic manner.
 - Act as a liaison between patients/caregivers, business clients, drivers, and operations, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
 - Promote health and wellness by offering resources and information to patients, ensuring they receive the best possible care.
 - Document interactions accurately, logging and tracking details for follow-up or reporting purposes.
 - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, addressing concerns and resolving issues efficiently.
 
Requirements:
Essential Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
 - Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle calls professionally, even in high-stress situations.
 - Flexible schedule, with the ability to maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate on-call rotation.
 - Reliable internet connectivity, with a wired connection (no mobile hotspots).
 - Experience operating in a similar remote capacity preferred.
 - Ability to operate in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment with adherence to established metrics.
 
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bi-lingual (Spanish) skills.
 - 1 year of customer service experience.

Schedule:
- Full-time position, 40 hours per week.
 - Flexible schedule, with shifts between 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.
 - Ability to work on holidays, weekends, and nights as needed.
 
Training and Development:
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will undergo a comprehensive 6-week paid training program, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Arizona time. This training is mandatory, and 100% attendance is required.
