Join our team and be part of a movement that is shaping the future of healthcare. **Primary Responsibilities** As a Mandarin Bilingual Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include: * Taking inbound calls from Members, Medical Facilities, Transportation Providers, and Health Plans to provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries * Accurately entering ride details to ensure successful ride completion and maintaining a high level of accuracy * Confirming member eligibility and verifying information to ensure seamless service delivery * Answering Member inquiries regarding transportation services, addressing concerns, and providing solutions * Identifying and assessing Member's additional needs and providing personalized support * Intaking of Member concerns and escalating issues to internal departments as needed * Collaborating with internal teams to address real-time issues and ensure prompt resolution * Performing other duties as assigned to support the team and drive business success **Required Education and Experience** To excel in this role, you must possess: * Fluency in Mandarin (verbal) to effectively communicate with Members and other stakeholders * A high school diploma or equivalent * One (1) year of inbound call center experience in a high-volume atmosphere, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to maintain professionalism in a high-stress environment * Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and the ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively in person, via email, and over the phone * A positive and helpful attitude, with a strong focus on empathy and understanding * Exceptional interpersonal skills and conflict resolution ability * Ability to work independently and/or with a team * Accurate typing skills of 35 wpm or more * Flexibility to adapt to changes in business, strategy, and technology * Ability to empathize with the Member and/or Member's guardian * Willingness to work with geographically and culturally diverse populations and personalities **Job Requirements** To ensure success in this role, you must: * Be able to pass a criminal background record check and sanctions check * Be legally authorized to work in the U.S. * Be available to work flexible shifts, including overnights and weekends * Possess a well-lit, dedicated, and quiet area for remote work without interruption or distraction * Have a notebook or desktop computer with a minimum processing speed of 1.6 GHz and 16 GB usable RAM available * Have high-speed broadband service (wired only) with a minimum of 150 Mbps in a dedicated (single person use) environment or 300 Mbps if in a shared environment (having a backup internet provider is a plus!) **What We Offer** As a Mandarin Bilingual Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will enjoy: * A dynamic and supportive work environment that values diversity, equity, and inclusion * Opportunities for career growth and professional development in a rapidly evolving industry * A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage * A 401(k) retirement plan with company match * Paid time off and holidays * Access to cutting-edge technology and innovative solutions * A collaborative and inclusive team culture that encourages open communication and feedback **Why Join blithequark?** At blithequark, we are passionate about making a difference in people's lives.
