We are seeking an experienced Customer Service and Data Entry Representative to provide administrative and staff support services for our claims coordination team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

As a Customer Service and Data Entry Representative, you will be responsible for: * Primarily performing data entry of claims information into our claims management systems. * Following up on missing information to process claims efficiently. * Reviewing invoices to ensure accuracy. * Compiling reports from systems with claims information. * Providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter claims information into our claims management systems.
  • Follow-up: Follow up on missing information to ensure timely processing of claims.
  • Invoice Review: Review invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Reporting: Compile reports from systems with claims information to support business decisions.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need: * A high school diploma or equivalent. * 6 months to 1 year of work experience in a related field. * Basic computer and typing skills. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Excellent communication and customer service skills.
