**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Agent – Remote Contact Center Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, technical support, and sales interactions to hundreds of customers each week across the country. You will be the face of our company, interacting with customers to resolve support issues, sell new products and services, and ensure best-in-class customer experiences. **Key Responsibilities**
* Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
* Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks, including data entry, order processing, and customer updates
* Recognize sales opportunities and apply sales skills to upgrade customer accounts and increase revenue
* Explain and position products and processes with customers, ensuring they understand the value and benefits of our services
* Appropriately escalate customer dissatisfaction with managerial team to ensure timely resolution and prevent customer churn
* Ensure first call resolution through problems solving and effective call handling, minimizing the need for follow-up calls and improving customer satisfaction
**Essential Qualifications**
* Must be 18 years of age or older
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
* The ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
* Basic understanding of Windows operating system
* Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
* The ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues
* An aptitude for conflict resolution, problem solving, and negotiation
* Must be customer service oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious)
* Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage in a fast-paced environment

* Previous customer service or sales experience, preferably in a contact center environment

**Physical Requirements**
* This job operates in a professional office environment, with a focus on remote work and flexibility
