Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers in Lithuanian and Russian, providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries.
  • Offer technical and non-technical assistance to customers, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Develop and implement efficient solutions to customer complaints, ensuring high satisfaction rates and adherence to blithequark's policies and procedures.
  • Treat customers with respect and empathy, fostering a positive experience and promoting customer loyalty.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and management to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback, driving continuous improvement in customer support services.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Fluency in Lithuanian (C1 level) and a good command of Russian and English (B2 level).
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment, although comprehensive training will be provided for the right candidate.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and resolve issues effectively.
  • Proficiency in handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and managing time efficiently.
  • A customer-centric approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Technical knowledge or experience in the technology industry, although not essential.
  • Familiarity with customer support software and tools.
  • Previous experience working in a remote or flexible work environment.

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent, with a 3-month trial period

WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday, various shifts between 09:00 and 19:00 (8.5 hours per shift)
