Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including delivery and support, to ensure high customer satisfaction and referenceability.
- Drive sales growth and profitability through proactive management of assigned customer relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing deals.
- Develop and execute customer account plans, leading joint company/customer planning processes to identify customer needs, prioritize initiatives, and establish clear action plans for success.
- Foster deep and broad customer relationships through extensive knowledge of their operations, people, and business, enabling strategic, relationship-based value-added solutions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors, developing true partnership relationships.
- Ensure overall customer success and satisfaction with blithequark products and services.
- Build strong relationships with both customers and internal project teams.
- Support marketing initiatives, such as press releases, market speaking opportunities, and other collaborations.
Requirements
To succeed as a Customer Success Executive at blithequark, you'll need:
- 10+ years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years as a Customer Success Executive.
- Experience and knowledge of core software solutions, with a focus on the insurance industry.
- A proven track record of interacting with customer C-Levels, key business executives, and stakeholders, developing strong, long-lasting relationships.
- Experience with "solutioning" and identifying new opportunities from customer business needs.
- A history of closing multi-million enterprise-wide software and services solution deals.
- A successful track record of revenue and profit growth as an Account Manager in a software company.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- The ability to serve as a trusted liaison between customers and our business units.
- Willingness to travel nationally as required.
Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in a global, SaaS-based software company.
- Knowledge of AI and advanced automation in the insurance industry.
