Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers by answering questions related to accounts, procedures, and services via telephone or email, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to both customers and blithequark personnel, ensuring a positive experience and building trust with our customers.
  • Perform accounts receivable duties, including calling on outstanding accounts, processing credits and exchanges, and resolving account conflicts through blithequark's escalation process.
  • Partner with and provide administrative support to blithequark's Sales Department, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between teams.
  • Perform basic data entry and other administrative duties, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.

Qualifications and Skills

Essential Qualifications

  • 2 years of Customer Service experience in an administrative setting (preferred).
  • Prior Accounts Receivable experience (highly encouraged).
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent (recommended).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with professional telephone and email etiquette.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and TEAMS.

  • Time management and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
