You'll work closely with our engineering, product, and operations teams to identify and resolve issues, drive pre-sales deals, automate repetitive processes, and collaborate with business and support teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support and Success: Work directly with our largest and most important customers to identify and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
- Pre-Sales Support: Assist in pre-sales deals by providing technical expertise and guidance to onboard large-scale customers, ensuring a smooth transition and setting them up for success.
- Process Automation: Automate repetitive processes and tasks to improve efficiency, reduce manual errors, and enhance overall customer experience.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with business and support teams to prioritize operational issues, communicate roadmaps, and ensure alignment across teams.
- Technical Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our systems' architecture, customer use-cases, and configurations to provide expert technical guidance and support.
- Feature Prioritization: Help prioritize features and enhancements based on customer needs, business requirements, and technical feasibility.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a technical role, preferably in a customer-facing or support capacity.
- Strong technical skills in data warehousing, database management, and cloud computing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven problem-solving skills, with a passion for digging deep and resolving complex technical issues.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
