About the Role
In this full-time remote opportunity, you'll work directly with customers, addressing their concerns, and providing solutions to their queries. You'll be responsible for:
- Engaging with customers via phone, email, or chat to resolve their issues, answer questions, and provide product information
- Researching and problem-solving to determine the root cause of customer issues and providing timely resolutions
- Utilizing active listening, empathy, and kindness to understand customer needs and concerns
- Collaborating with teammates and managers using virtual collaboration tools to maintain a customer-centric culture
- Adapting to changing business needs, priorities, and processes
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) - fluency in both Canadian French (Quebecois) and English is required
- Ability to multitask, navigate multiple systems, and perform well under pressure
- Proficiency in using computers, data entry, and rapid navigation through systems and the internet
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a background check

- Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and customer service software
Technical Requirements
To work effectively in this remote role, you'll need:
- A dedicated workspace with minimal distractions and background noise
- A reliable wired, high-speed internet connection (30 Mbps+ download speed/ 10 Mbps+ upload speed)
- A computer, monitor, and other necessary equipment will be provided by blithequark
- A cell phone or tablet for two-factor authentication
