About the Role
As a Customer Support Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our customers and candidates receive the best possible support through every interaction. Your positive attitude, proactive communication style, and commitment to taking ownership of investigations will make you an invaluable asset to our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve customer and candidate issues via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Complete projects assigned by the support manager, demonstrating your ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using our system, leveraging your analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Follow up on customer inquiries that aren't immediately resolved, ensuring that all issues are addressed.
- Maintain accurate call logs and reports, providing valuable insights into customer interactions.
- Recognize, document, and alert the supervisor to trends and issues in customer calls, contributing to ongoing improvement.
- Recommend process improvements, sharing your expertise and ideas to enhance our customer support operations.
- Be flexible with your schedule, as nights or weekend hours may be required depending on your shift.
Qualifications and Skills
To succeed as a Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you'll need:
Essential Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and a friendly demeanor, with the ability to build rapport with customers and candidates.
- Strong reading and writing skills, with the ability to type accurately at a speed of 40+ words per minute.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and troubleshoot technical issues while navigating multiple systems.
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service role, with a technical support background preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce or another CRM, with a strong understanding of customer relationship management principles.
- A background in communicating with customers, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
