Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer interactions via inbound calls, providing an optimum level of service to achieve the best resolution for the customer.
 - Advise customers on the best approach based on their needs and requests, demonstrating a customer-oriented and compassionate approach.
 - Utilize analytical skills and problem-solving abilities to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
 - Demonstrate sound judgment and decision-making skills, ensuring that customer interactions are handled professionally and courteously.
 - Work collaboratively as a team player, respecting authority and contributing to a positive and productive team environment.
 - Maintain attention to detail, ensuring that customer interactions are accurately documented and resolved.
 
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Fluency in Spanish (communication level) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 - Customer-oriented and compassionate approach, with a patient and empathetic demeanor.
 - Analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, with sound judgment and decision-making skills.
 - Computer proficiency in Windows and MS Office, with the ability to work effectively in a remote work environment.
 - A strong social support system, autonomy, and ability to work from home with minimal supervision.
 
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, previous experience in customer support or a related field is highly appreciated. Additionally, tech savviness and gifted communication skills are a plus.
