Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, efficient, and accurate solutions to customers via phone, live chat, and email, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date on customer account information, order status, and product knowledge to address customer inquiries comprehensively.
- Collaborate with internal departments to support both customers and the company, fostering a team-oriented environment.
- Analyze customer situations, investigate problems, and provide strategic solutions within blithequark's business model.
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude in all correspondence, both internally and externally.
- Adapt to change and evolve with the company's growth, taking initiative to ensure blithequark remains a leader in the online foodservice industry.
What We're Looking For
Essential Qualifications
- A reliable and secure high-speed internet connection (cable or fiber preferred) with consistent 75mbps download/10mbps upload speeds.
- A quiet, distraction-free workspace with access to a home router and modem.
- Proficiency in Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Windows system/internet navigation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with conversational fluency in English.
- Proficient typing abilities.
- Ability to work a set schedule: 9:30 AM – 6 PM ET (or local time zone equivalent) during the 60-day training period, and 11:30 AM – 8 PM ET (or local time zone equivalent) thereafter, Monday through Friday.
Preferred Qualifications
- A college education.
- At least 1 year of customer-facing experience.
- An internal drive to succeed and a desire to learn and grow.
- Innovative thinking and the ability to challenge the status quo.
