Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Provide support to card holders who have accumulated reward points, assisting with booking travel arrangements, including flights, car rentals, activities, and cruises.
  • Address customer concerns and issues related to shipment tracking, cancellations, refunds, and damaged products.
  • Offer solutions and alternatives to customers, ensuring a positive experience and promoting customer loyalty.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our clients' products and services, staying up-to-date on promotions, policies, and procedures.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues.

  • Must live in Phoenix or Scottsdale, AZ, within 35 miles of Scottsdale, ZP 85260.

What to Expect

The training schedule for this role is Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. After training, you will be scheduled to work various shifts, including one day on the weekend. You will be required to visit our office on the first day to pick up your computer, which will take approximately 1-4 hours, followed by additional training at home.
