As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll be instrumental in shaping our Voice of Customer strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with utility teams to define, frame, and capture business needs, driving the development of robust data architectures and analytics solutions.
• Develop and maintain the new Voice of Customer methodology, sourced from Cornerstone and integrated with the Survey and Dashboard Platform hosted by Qualtrics.
• Design and build scalable data model architectures to support efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions.
• Leverage transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions, ensuring data quality and accuracy through rigorous testing.
• Provide guidance on enhancing competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using the massive data ecosystem.
• Drive consumer tale analysis and elaboration, designing and developing software programs, testing, and builds automation tools.
• Proactively identify and automate manual tasks to improve quality and efficiency.
• Work closely with partners from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, develop, and test data for various use cases as part of the VOC end-to-end methodology.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To excel as a Senior Statistics Architect at blithequark, you'll need:

• Hands-on development experience with Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, and shell scripting languages, with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in data-driven projects.
• Active collaboration with relationship managers/product owners to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical deliverables.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business teams.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data governance, and data quality.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive complex projects forward.
