Key Responsibilities
- Respond to in-bound calls, assisting customers with credit-related memberships, services, and product offerings, and providing solutions to improve their creditworthiness.
- Educate customers on credit bureau processes and guide them through the necessary steps to request corrections.
- Receive customer requests, identify support needs, and either provide assistance or forward requests to the relevant functional area.
- Handle escalated customer issues, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
Qualifications and Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- High-speed internet service (minimum 25 mbps download/ 5 mbps upload) for remote work.
- Experience in interpreting and responding to customer requests, with the ability to empathize with customers.
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- At least one year of customer service experience.
- Comfort using a computer to perform operations.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check, employment verification, education verification, credit check, and a drug screen.
- Flexibility to work in a remote, hybrid, or in-office environment, with the requirement to be a US resident living within 45-60 minutes of our Allen, TX office.
