As a part-time Customer Care Associate at Blithequark, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions to ensure smooth package delivery. Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers via phone calls, responding to inquiries and concerns about package delivery.
 - Document the delivery flow of packages into our tracking system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
 - Assist customers, consumers, and delivery drivers throughout the lifecycle of a package delivery, providing solutions and resolving issues as needed.
 - Partner with our regional facilities to create an outstanding customer experience, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
 - Troubleshoot, research, and resolve issues, escalating them as necessary to ensure prompt resolution.
 - Participate in continuous improvement efforts to help grow the business and enhance our customer experience.

Requirements and Qualifications:
