Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers via phone calls, responding to inquiries and concerns about package delivery.
• Document the delivery flow of packages into our tracking system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
• Assist customers, consumers, and delivery drivers throughout the lifecycle of a package delivery, providing solutions and resolving issues as needed.
• Partner with our regional facilities to create an outstanding customer experience, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
• Troubleshoot, research, and resolve issues, escalating them as necessary to ensure prompt resolution.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts to help grow the business and enhance our customer experience.
