About the Role
As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing top-notch customer service via phone and email, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of customer inquiries
 - Offering accurate information about new bookings, rebooking options, and cancellations for air and rail travel, hotel bookings, and other services
 - Finding personalized solutions for each customer to ensure a smooth and enjoyable journey
 
Requirements and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications:
- Fluency in Danish and a good command of English
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
 - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

In addition to these essential qualifications, we would love for you to have:

Work Schedule and Location
As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you will work in 8.5-hour shifts, Monday to Sunday, from 9 AM to 8 PM. This role is part of our Work-at-Home program, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.
