Compliance Data Entry Specialist - Junior - Part-time Thursday to Sunday - Data Integrity & PATS System Expertise

Responsibilities

  • Data Verification and Adjustment: Verify and adjust associate work times in the PATS system, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Data Review and Correction: Review each associate's activity to identify and correct issues with data interfaced from SCAN.
  • Indirect Time Log Processing: Key in indirect time from indirect logs and ensure that it appears to be accurate and does not compromise the data integrity of other assignments.
  • Report Generation and Analysis: Analyze and manipulate raw data to generate all necessary reports to create assignments in PATS. Store all raw data appropriately to meet data retention requirements.
  • Log Management: Key in exception and adjustment logs, ensure that all logs are turned in for each associate each day, and report any issues to area supervisors.
  • Archives and Record-Keeping: Archive all production and indirect logs to meet payroll record retention requirements.
  • PATS/IT Supervisor Backup: Train as a backup to the PATS/IT Supervisor for the Payroll Extraction process.
  • Routine Maintenance: Perform other routine maintenance within the PATS application to ensure proper operation and upkeep.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform other clerical duties, as needed, to assist in building daily operations.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

  • Microsoft Office Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • AS 400 Warehouse Management System Knowledge: Knowledge of AS 400 Warehouse Management System.
  • Business Experience: At least one year of relevant business experience with PC experience preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
  • Confidentiality: Ability to keep confidentiality.
  • Organized Workstation: Maintains an organized workstation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual: Bilingual candidates are preferred.
  • DC Internal Operations and Procedures: Knowledge of DC internal operations and procedures desired.

What We Offer

blithequark offers a competitive salary of $17 - $20 per hour, depending on experience. As a contract employee, you will have the opportunity to work part-time from Thursday to Sunday, 8 AM to 6:30 PM. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
