Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you'll play a critical role in delivering outstanding customer experiences while upselling products and features that meet their needs. You'll be trained to excel in this role and have the opportunity to grow your career and income. Key Responsibilities:

• Active Listening: Listen attentively to customers to understand their concerns and provide personalized solutions.
• Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell products and features while emphasizing benefits and value.

Requirements:

• Technical Requirements:
  • High-speed internet with at least 10 MBPS download speed (no satellite).
  • A USB wired headset with noise-canceling microphone.
  • Quiet, secured workspace.
• Personal Qualities:
  • 18+ years old with a high school diploma or GED.
  • Professional, positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette.
  • Experience using a computer in a work or non-work setting.
  • Must be able to thrive in a highly structured environment.
  • Schedule with open availability (evenings and weekends required).
• Work Experience:
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience.
