Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing personalized support across various channels, including phone, email, and live chat. You'll be crucial in enhancing the overall customer experience by delivering prompt and personalized assistance while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers, suppliers, and associates verbally and/or in writing to resolve issues and provide top-notch support.
- Assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide personalized support across various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolves troubles with freight and purchase orders (POs) via verifying freight to ensure purchase orders (POs), items, and % are correct; along with and correcting items on POs; ensuring that problem freight is accounted for and keyed; resolving problems to allow non-problem problems to be acquired at the same time as investigating problem freight; and moving problem freight manually or with powered equipment.
- Deliver results while setting the customer first and utilizing an omni-provider issuer mindset and the EDLP and EDLC business organization models to all plans.
- Adopt a huge perspective that considers facts, analytics, purchaser insights, and unique factors of the industrial organization at the same time as making plans.

Minimum Qualifications
- 6 months experience with Blithequark Logistics, which incorporates clerical-related responsibilities (e.g., filing, facts entry) the usage of computer applications (e.g., email, spreadsheets, word processing).
- OR 1 one year experience developing files, and documents (e.g., emails, letters), spreadsheets, and datasets the usage of computer applications (e.g., MS-Word, Excel).
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software.
