Job Summary

As a Work at Home Customer Service Agent at Blithequark, you'll be responsible for handling customer service, technical support, and sales interactions with hundreds of customers each week. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing systems and technology to complete account management tasks, resolve customer issues, and drive sales growth. Key Responsibilities:

  • Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks, including data entry, order processing, and customer updates
  • Recognize sales opportunities and apply sales skills to upgrade products and services
  • Explain and position products and processes with customers, highlighting features and benefits
  • Appropriately escalate customer dissatisfaction to the managerial team, ensuring prompt resolution
  • Ensure first call resolution through problem-solving and effective call handling
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including call logs and customer feedback
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Candidate Qualifications:

We're looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Possess excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
  • Be able to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)
  • Have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Have a basic understanding of Windows operating system
  • Be highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
  • Have the ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues
  • Possess an aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation
  • Be customer service oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious)
  • Be able to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage
  • Have a strong team orientation and customer focus
  • Be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment where change and ambiguity are prevalent
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with team members and customers
