We're excited to announce that blithequark is seeking over 2,000 Virtual Customer Support Agents to join our team. As a Virtual Customer Support Agent, you'll have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, choosing from a variety of positions that cater to your skills and interests. Whether you're assisting customers with travel arrangements, coordinating roadside assistance, or helping families plan their dream vacations, you'll be making a real difference in people's lives.

Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Customer Support Agent, you'll be responsible for:
  • Participating in comprehensive training and certification courses to ensure you're equipped with the skills and knowledge to excel in your role
  • Providing exceptional customer service by guiding and helping others with a friendly and approachable attitude
  • Using your home computer and phone to answer inbound phone calls, video calls, and/or live chats to provide top-notch customer support
  • Committing to and following through on working a minimum number of hours per week, with the flexibility to choose from a range of shifts and schedules
  • Being accountable in all areas of work, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and integrity

Qualifications

To succeed as a Virtual Customer Support Agent at blithequark, you'll need to meet the following qualifications:

Standard Requirements

  • At least 6 months of customer service experience and/or administrative experience, with a proven track record of delivering excellent results
  • A quiet home office with a computer/laptop, headset, and reliable/strong internet connection (with a minimum download speed of 5Mbs and upload speed of 3Mbs)
  • Excellent typing, communication, and computer skills, with a high level of proficiency in spelling and grammar rules
  • Willingness to submit to a standard background check, drug test, technology check, and voice assessments
  • A strong work ethic and commitment to making customers happy
  • Excellent command of the English language, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and communicate effectively with customers

Technical Requirements

  • A CPU i5 (or equivalent) processor, with an i7 recommended
  • Internet Download Speed 5Mbs down speed minimum, with a maximum latency of 250 MS
  • Internet Upload Speed 3Mbs up speed minimum
  • Operating System: Win 8.1 (64bit) or Win 10 (64bit)
  • RAM: 4GB minimum, with 8GB recommended
  • A home office set up with an ethernet cord connected to your computer
  • A desktop or laptop connected to a nearby router or wall for firewall/security purposes (Chromebooks, ipads, or similar devices are not acceptable)
