**The Role**
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the spark that brightens the day for our customers, providing them with compassionate and knowledgeable support that sets them apart from the ordinary. **Key Responsibilities**
* Bring your passion and strong product and brand knowledge to recommend upgrades to customers' health plans, ensuring they receive the best possible care and support.
* Conduct research and make outbound calls to provide answers for customers regarding general healthcare benefit and eligibility questions, enrollment status requests for new and existing members.
* Assist members with logging into and understanding the functionality of their online health account, locating doctor and facility information.
* Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience for our customers.
**What You Bring to the Role**
* 6 months or more of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy, demonstrating a commitment to confidentiality and respect.
* High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication and interpersonal skills.
* Computer experience, with a reliable high-speed internet connection (> 15 mbps).
* A USB wired headset (or a compatible alternative), as well as a smartphone or device that runs IOS or Android (iPad, etc.) for daily log-in.
