You will also be responsible for staying updated on travel trends, visa requirements, and other relevant information to provide accurate advice and recommendations to our clients. **Responsibilities** * **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and chat, helping clients with travel bookings, itinerary customization, and resolving issues. * **Sales and Booking**: Recommend travel destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities based on client preferences and budget.
