[Remote] Intern, Site Testing

They are seeking an Intern for Site Testing to assist with A/B tests and project management while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the digital client experience. Responsibilities • Work closely with cross-functional teams to evangelize Digital Client Experience team’s visions and goals, and flawlessly help execute 2025 A/B tests. • Assist F&T team by through project management such as setting up cross-functional TBs and following up with recap notes/next action items. • In partnership with the Functionality and Testing team and Leadership, help develop strategy for Sephora’s future site experience with a focus on building the best client experience, establish business cases for projects, and source new opportunities. • Help gather industry trends and competitive insights to share with the team and leaders. Skills • You have strong passion for ecommerce, client experience and client behavior • You possess a strong attention to detail to ensure briefs are complete and accurate • You like brainstorming new testing with team members to increase client engagement and site conversion • You have any previous experience working with UX Designers and Researchers. • You have any previous web analytics experience (We value superior problem-solving skills and the ability to draw conclusions and take action based on data) • You are open-minded and flexible; willing to take on any types of projects and be collaborative with a positive attitude • You have outstanding interpersonal skills. Ability to develop and maintain relationships with business partners at all levels and across departments • You have strong communication skills and are comfortable in ambiguity and able to follow through with a sense of urgency • Remote program – work schedule must align with Pacific Standard Time • Must permanently reside and work in the U.S. • Must be open to relocating to the San Francisco Bay Area upon graduation for consideration for full-time hybrid positions • Available for the 1-week On-Site office experience in San Francisco, CA Education Requirements • Graduating in 2025 or 2026 (undergraduate or graduate degree) Benefits • The people.
