[Remote] Intern, Merchandising, Hair
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Sephora is a leading beauty retailer committed to inspiring customers and empowering teams. The Intern in Employee Engagement & Communications will support the Senior Manager in creating an incredible employee experience, executing events, and writing communications for Sephora employees.
Responsibilities
• Partner with our production team to collect, organize, and hand off key assets.
• Dive into business trend analysis to help shape future strategies.
• Contribute to product refinements by identifying key notes and attributions.
• Capture important takeaways during meetings that drive decisions forward.
• Build your network by connecting directly with Sephora executives and industry leaders—our leaders are invested in our interns and want to hear your voice.
• Experience Sephora’s collaborative culture firsthand by working across teams like Merchandising, Marketing, Inventory Planning, and Production.
• Take the lead (or jump in as a strong support) on hands-on projects that make an impact.
• Play a key role in digital asset management and procurement, ensuring smooth processes for asset and comp collection.
• Contribute to our Take A Beat newsletter with fresh content each week.

Skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with Smartsheet, Box, or Adobe Suite is a plus.
• A strong communicator who listens well and contributes thoughtfully.
• A self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, team-driven environment.
• A positive attitude and a genuine love for cosmetics and beauty products.
• Remote program – work schedule must align with Pacific Standard Time
• Must permanently reside and work in the U.S.
• Must be open to relocating to the San Francisco Bay Area upon graduation for consideration for full-time hybrid positions.
• Available from June 1 - August 14, 2026
• Available for the 1-week On-Site office experience in San Francisco, CA
Education Requirements
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Merchandising, Business, or a related field (junior or senior standing).
• Graduating in 2026 or 2027 (undergraduate or graduate degree)
