A-Line Staffing is now hiring Remote Prior Authorization Coordinators in Rhode Island. The Remote Prior Authorization Coordinator role would be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. This would be full time / 40+ hours per week. If you are interested in this Remote Prior Authorization Coordinator position, please contact Austin Faris at 586-710-7941 586-710-7941 or Remote Prior Authorization Coordinator Compensation • The pay for this position is $16.00 per hour • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates Remote Prior Authorization Coordinator Highlights • This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs • Training Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm CT (2 weeks) • Work Schedule: Shifts vary between 7:00am – 8:00pm CT (8-hour shifts, Monday – Friday) • Mandatory overtime may be required • Fully remote – must have a private home office with a door and hardwired internet connection (no Wi-Fi) Remote Prior Authorization Coordinator Responsibilities • Perform non-clinical activities and functions under supervision, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures • Review and maintain compliance with ERISA, CMS, Medicaid, and client-specific requirements • Sort and process incoming faxes and mail to meet service level agreements • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely transaction processing • Collaborate with team members to meet business unit objectives Remote Prior Authorization Coordinator Requirements • High School Diploma or GED • 6 months – 1 year of data entry experience required • 1 year of healthcare-related experience (hospital, managed care, physician office, PBM) preferred • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel • Strong written communication and interpersonal skills • Typing speed of at least 30 WPM (screenshot of recent test required) • Must provide screenshot of internet speed test • Must have a distraction-free home office with a door and hardwired internet • Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days If you think this Remote Prior Authorization Coordinator position is a good fit for you, please reach out to me – feel free to call, e-mail, or apply to this posting!
