Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interactions: Connect with customers via phone, online, and text message to address their queries, conduct follow-ups, and confirm appointments, ensuring their needs are met.
- Triage Incoming Calls: Effectively route incoming calls to the appropriate personnel or department, ensuring customers receive the support they need in a timely manner.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties, including processing payments and updating customer information in our systems.
- Policy Adherence: Understand and comply with company policies and procedures, including collection policies and laws.
Qualifications and Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; or 1 month of related experience.
- Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers.
- Basic computer knowledge, including proficiency in word processing and typing.
- Flexible availability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must meet minimum technology requirements, including the type and speed of internet service.
- Residence within 60 miles or 1 hour of the Customer Experience Center (CEC) location.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience, particularly in a call center environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
