About the Role: Be the Face of blithequark's Exceptional Customer Experience

As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a vital role in shaping their experience with blithequark. Your mission will be to assist, delight, and reward our customers through timely and effective resolutions to their inquiries and subscription management requests. You'll be the embodiment of our brand values: Do Good, Show Empathy, and Spread Optimism.

Key Responsibilities: Delivering Outstanding Customer Experiences

  • Provide first-line responses and timely resolutions to all inbound customer enquiries and subscription management requests via email and telephone, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Proactively identify patterns or trends within the department, enabling us to continually improve our processes and enhance the service we provide to our customers.
  • Continually learn and develop knowledge around our treatments and service offerings to better serve our customers and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned based on business needs, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.

Essential Qualifications: The Skills and Experience We Look For

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in e-commerce or a related industry.
  • Experience working in a remote environment, with the ability to manage your time effectively and work independently.
  • Strong computer literacy, written, and verbal skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Freshdesk, Zendesk, or similar, and a variety of customer contact methods, including email, telephone, and live chat.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A customer-centric approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a willingness to go the extra mile.
  • A dedicated workspace at home, free from distractions and interruptions.

Preferred Qualifications: The Nice-to-Haves

While not essential, having your own cat or dog can give you a unique understanding of our customers' needs and motivations!

Shift Pattern and Schedule

You'll be working 16-20 hours per week, Monday to Thursday/Friday, from 10 am-2 pm daily. This flexible schedule allows you to balance your work and personal commitments.

Salary and Pay

The salary for this role is £25,000 per year (FTE), pro rata to hours worked. We're committed to offering competitive compensation to our team members.
