Key Responsibilities

  • Assist external users of the client's technical products or services; identify, investigate, research, and provide resolution to user questions and problems.
  • Troubleshoot basic and routine agent issues that are technical in nature, including hardware, software, networking, or other designated client products.
  • Focus on customer experience-driven troubleshooting, de-escalating customers, and following the appropriate escalation path to resolve technical issues.
  • Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Greet agents in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed-upon procedures.
  • Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns, demonstrating empathy while maximizing opportunities to build rapport with customers.
  • Probe for understanding and solve problems that are generally unstructured and require extensive use of conceptual thinking skills.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • One year of related technical experience (preferred).
  • A non-Apple, non-Chromebook personal desktop or laptop (bring your own device).
  • Relevant technical expertise related to the program (working knowledge of hardware, software, networking, data storage, troubleshooting, and repair) (preferred).
  • A courteous and strong customer service orientation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to learn, including strong problem-solving skills.
  • Dependable with proficient attention to detail.
  • Skilled in multi-tasking, with the ability to be flexible and adapt to changes quickly.
  • Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated patience in all customer contact situations, maintaining a pleasant and professional tone and manner.
