About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers who reach out to us for a variety of reasons, from finding the perfect product for their new pet to resolving any issues that may arise. You'll be responsible for providing top-notch service, resolving queries, and ensuring that our customers feel valued and supported throughout their journey with us.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage directly with customers via phone, email, or chat to address their queries and concerns, providing personalized solutions and support.
  • Research and problem-solve to determine the best course of action for customers, thinking critically and proactively to ensure timely resolution.

What You'll Need

Essential Qualifications:

  • 2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) demonstrated through a written assessment.
  • Ability to multi-task, navigate multiple systems, and perform well under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using computers, data entry, and rapid navigation through systems and the internet.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to pass a background check.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A passion for pets and a genuine interest in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and technology.

Technical Requirements

To work effectively in this remote role, you'll need to meet certain technical requirements:
