About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers who reach out to us for a variety of reasons, from finding the perfect product for their new pet to resolving any issues that may arise. You'll be responsible for providing top-notch service, resolving queries, and ensuring that our customers feel valued and supported throughout their journey with us.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with customers via phone, email, or chat to address their queries and concerns, providing personalized solutions and support.
- Research and problem-solve to determine the best course of action for customers, thinking critically and proactively to ensure timely resolution.

- Proficiency in using computers, data entry, and rapid navigation through systems and the internet.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to pass a background check.
